Enquiry and briefing
Tell us the date, place, purpose, budget and duration. You can enquire even if some details remain undecided.
Line-up and quotation
We check availability and venue conditions, then propose the programme, costs and any additional items.
Agreement and production
Once content and terms are agreed, we proceed with the formal booking. We coordinate the schedule, equipment, access and rehearsals with everyone involved.
Final checks and performance
We confirm the day's schedule and contacts. We also value a review after the performance.

Venue checklist and enquiry brief →Stage, flooring and safety
We check dimensions, flooring material, load capacity, level changes and audience distance. Footwork noise and dance flooring are considered alongside venue rules.
Sound, lighting and rehearsal
Equipment needs depend on live or recorded music. We check facilities, volume limits, power, technical staff and sound-check time.
Dressing rooms, access and schedule
We share dressing-room arrangements, access routes, arrival, performance and pack-down times, coordinating with meals and other programme items.
Costs, recording and usage
The quotation sets out performance, travel, accommodation, technical arrangements and extra rehearsals. Recording, streaming and advertising use require prior discussion of scope and duration.

Frequently asked questions
Can I enquire before the date or venue is decided?
Yes. Share possible dates, the area and your event's purpose. Availability and a quotation are provided after the conditions have been reviewed.
How are fees calculated?
Fees depend on the date, venue, duration, line-up, travel, preparation, rehearsals and sound requirements. Your quotation details what is included, taxes and possible extra costs.
Can you perform briefly or in a small venue?
Compact formats can be discussed. Alongside duration, we review flooring, audience distance, volume and dressing rooms to find a viable approach.
Can you perform outside Tokyo or invite overseas artists?
Share the location and dates. We review availability, travel, accommodation and procedures. Overseas invitations also require individual checks of preparation time and travel conditions.
Will guests unfamiliar with flamenco enjoy it?
We consider repertoire and structure around your objectives and audience. A short cultural introduction or rhythm experience can also be discussed.
Can you arrange all stage and sound equipment?
We first review the venue's existing equipment. Additional equipment or dance flooring is discussed in terms of scope, cost and access. A full equipment package is not necessarily included in the performance fee.
What are the cancellation, date-change and payment terms?
Payment timing and change or cancellation terms are provided in the formal proposal and agreement. An enquiry alone does not confirm a booking.
Can we film, stream or use the performance in advertising?
Tell us the purpose, media, audience and usage period in advance. We review performer and music rights to agree permissions. Please do not film or publish without authorisation.
