Width and depth, flooring material, level changes, load capacity and permission for protective flooring. We discuss an approach that meets venue rules.
Audience size, distance from the performance area, performer entrances and equipment load-in and load-out routes.
Existing equipment, volume limits, power, technical staff and sound-check time. Also confirm whether music is live or recorded.
Dressing rooms, arrival, load-in, rehearsal, performance and pack-down, coordinated with meals and other acts.
Space and equipment requirements depend on the line-up. If you have venue plans or an equipment list, share them when enquiring.
02 / PROPOSAL & SCOPE
A booking is formalised after reviewing the proposal and agreement. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a performance or date.
03 / YOUR EVENT BRIEF
Complete what you know to create an enquiry brief. You can copy it or transfer it to the agency's dedicated form.
This sheet only prepares your brief: creating or copying it does not send it. Enter your name and contact details in the enquiry form.
